Pin Pendant Unusual construction and unusual use of gold (arum) stones. The central was originally all gold, like the five chatons around the brooch. Notice the deep round fat cups that are riveted on the bottom with riser cups to elevate the chatons to the level of the central stone. The skinny navettes are open back. Another brooch much like this one was done in 2007 and it also had figure eights.
