Using IIJJ and Collector memberships

These terms govern use of the public archive, Collector accounts, contribution tools, and paid Collector memberships operated by Is it Juliana Jewelry.

Accounts

You must provide a valid account identity to save jewelry. You are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in account and for activity performed through it. Do not attempt to access another person's private Collector data or circumvent account, rate-limit, or security controls.

Free and paid Collector plans

Plan features and limits are shown before purchase and may include browser-local saves, cloud-saved items, collection lists, cross-device access, and private notes. Browser-local information can be lost when browser storage is cleared, a browser profile is removed, or a device is unavailable.

When a paid plan is downgraded or canceled, IIJJ may restrict adding or editing items that exceed the current plan's entitlement. Existing cloud items are not intentionally deleted solely because of a downgrade; they may remain read-only until you remove items or restore an eligible plan.

Subscriptions, renewals, and cancellation

Paid Collector plans are recurring subscriptions billed at the interval and price presented at checkout. Unless canceled, a subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You can manage or cancel an active subscription from your account billing settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period unless the checkout or billing portal states otherwise.

Prices, taxes, and available plans may change prospectively. If a change affects an existing recurring subscription, IIJJ will apply the notice and consent requirements that apply to that change.

Payments and refunds

Payment information is collected and processed by the configured payment provider. IIJJ does not store your full card number. Unless a different policy is shown at purchase or required by law, subscription charges are non-refundable once a billing period begins. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

Archive information and identification

IIJJ provides curator-reviewed educational reference information. Jewelry identification involves judgment and comparison, and archive content may contain errors or later be revised. IIJJ does not provide a warranty of authenticity, provenance, value, merchantability, or fitness for a transaction. Use independent professional advice when a purchase, sale, insurance decision, or appraisal depends on an identification.

Contributions and photographs

If you submit descriptions or images, you must have the right to provide them and must follow the rights confirmation shown in the contribution workflow. Do not submit unlawful content, private information unrelated to the archive, malware, or material that infringes another person's rights.

Acceptable use

You may use IIJJ for ordinary personal research and collection management. You may not scrape or overload the service in a way that bypasses published interfaces or technical controls, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, impersonate another person, use the service to distribute malicious content, or interfere with other users.

Availability and changes

IIJJ may change, suspend, or retire features to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance, or the usefulness of the archive. We aim to preserve paid-user data and provide reasonable notice for material membership changes when practical, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
